Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, lizards) Ferrets Sugar Gliders and other marsupials Skunks Raccoons Squirrels Rabbits Guinea Pigs Rodents (mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils) Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) If a dog is any part of the above-mentioned breeds, they are not eligible for residency.
